Felt like a Japanese resort. We were honestly the only Western family staying there! Don't let that stop you from staying here if you are only an english speaker. Staff are english conversant enough. Super modern and clean. Staff were all super friendly. The front grounds are expansive and in the evenings they set up family outdoor entertaintment, handing out lanterns, setting up food stands for takiyoki balls and cold drinks. We had a 32 sqm corner room and it was well very laid out. The bathroom was super nice and modern. The vanity sink is set up on the outside of the bath, which seems a bit strange, but allows guests to use if others are showering/bathing. I love the shower/bath concept. Like taking an mini onsen every evening- shower, then soak in the tub. We wore our Yakuta at breakfast. Felt like we were 'really' taking it easy, lol. 1/2 a block to the train station's north exit/entrance. If arriving by train, take exit north, east exit. If you take the south / west exit, you'll end up walking a full block. There is a Lawsons and Don Quijote store a block away. There are also sidewalk ramen / food stands set up also very close. Would stay here again without hesitation. Of the 6 places we stayed at, in Japan probably our favorite in terms of catering to families.

We absolutely loved our stay at OMO7!! (Family of 5). The Hotel is on incredible grounds, featuring a beautiful outdoor space with so much grass where the kids can run around and let loose. Beautiful outdoor areas to sit! Every night they provide free beer and snacks outdoors and lanterns for the kids. There is also an onsen which was so incredible to experience with my two daughters. It was just so great we went numerous times. The architecture of the building inside is so beautiful. The rooms were really cleverly laid out and quite roomy. Everything was very clean. We loved the location it was one to two train stops away from all sites and walking distances to others. highly recommend this hotel 👍🏽👍🏽

Great exciting hotel in a great part of Osaka. Awesome entertainment and facilities… the lounge ware is great. Plenty of seating for guests.

It was a huge room with a view of Shin-Imamiya area. The property had a nice grassed garden where the kids could play around and the hotel even organised evening "festivals" where they served free takoyaki and drinks (we were there on Golden week). There was a free locker room with plenty of space where we could store our luggage on the day of arrival (pre-check-in) and day of departure (post checkout) so that we could enjoy these two days in the Osaka area. The station was convenient to go to various places in Osaka area (Namba, Osaka castle, Sakai).

We stayed at OMO7 Hotel and Resort from May 18 to May 23, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made getting around Osaka incredibly easy. We also appreciated the abundance of nearby convenience stores—perfect for a quick meal or snack anytime. The area is vibrant and walkable, with popular spots like Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai just a short stroll away. The hotel's facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was warm and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and hassle-free stay in Osaka!

Location is very convenient, there are subway, JR stations and Nankai Electric Railway nearyby. Not to worry about shopping and eating., there are convenient stores, 24-hour Don Quijote (Donki), Daiso nearby, and it also close to Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower. The location is also very close to Namba if you like shopping. The hotel is also comfortable, we are amazed by the room size, we don't expect we can stay in such a big room in urban area. They also offer rooms which are pet friendly. The outdoor space is also beautiful and attractive. They have free takoyaki, juice and craft beer every night (of course, only serve for guest), recommend every to try and enjoy night time with you family and friends. And we also like the public bath, which let us relax after walking entire day. It charges person/1,000 yen per night, but you can enjoy unlimited times until the next day 10am, remember to bring your credit card for the ticket, cash are not available.

Great, family friendly hotel within a 5 mins walk to the JR train station and metro to explore Osaka. The Zoo, Tennoji Park and Keitakuen Garden are also nearby (5-10 mins walk) and the best coffee in Japan was about a 15 mins walk to Brooklyn Roasting Company. You can walk to Namba (about 30 mins) and it was a quiet, pleasant walk. The hotel is in a quiet area but not too far from the action of the Shinseikai area if that is what you prefer. The facilities were great and I had a couple of work meetings and was able to book a meeting room of only 500 Yen per hour.

For sure, the garden was the masterpiece for my son who was able to run freely. Next to that, the room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. I liked the fact that each customer can wear a Yukata, during the evening events, it reinforced the pleasant feeling of holidays.
